Leads enterprise performance and analytics strategy, including Business Intelligence, executive dashboards, KPI governance, reporting automation, data standards, and decision support. Partners with Finance, IT, and business leaders to improve forecasting, planning, operational performance, and value creation. Oversees Power BI and Microsoft Fabric initiatives, enterprise reporting architecture, mergers and acquisitions analytics, Board reporting, and self-service reporting. Supervises and develops analytics personnel while promoting enterprise-wide data-driven decision-making.

Supports legal team operations, risk management, insurance programs, matter management, outside counsel oversight, legal spending, policies, governance, vendor relationships, NDAs, and mergers and acquisitions. The role maintains legal systems, improves processes, manages documentation and reporting, supports agreements and due diligence, and coordinates with finance, brokers, insurers, vendors, and external counsel.

Provide administrative and coordination support for real estate, lease administration, and facilities functions. Maintain lease documents, track expirations and compliance deadlines, process vendor invoices and AP requests, assist with Certificates of Occupancy, prepare materials for transactions, and support the Manager, Real Estate Operations with scheduling and correspondence.
