Lead treasury strategy, cash management, budgeting and forecasting. Develop policies for capital structure, FX and interest-rate risk, supervise junior analyst, partner with senior leadership and banks, maintain KPI dashboards, and support financial analysis for capital and operational decisions.

Manage employee leave programs, workplace accommodations, and workers' compensation processes. Serve as primary point of contact, ensure regulatory compliance (FMLA, ADA), coordinate return-to-work and reasonable accommodations, maintain records and reports, liaise with TPAs, Legal, HR, managers, and vendors, and provide guidance to employees and managers.
