Provides executive reporting, escalation support, coaching, stakeholder communication, and delivery process improvement while ensuring predictable execution and measurable business outcomes.

Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise supply chain transformation programs using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. Guide clients through solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization across procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, manufacturing, planning, and related processes. Advise stakeholders, manage delivery risks, mentor consultants, oversee functional architecture, and translate emerging Microsoft, AI, automation, and cloud capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
