Own production GenAI systems end-to-end: design and deploy agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and FastAPI services; build evaluation pipelines and monitoring; integrate LLM agents with policy/claims systems; ensure observability, safety, and error handling; and automate repetitive operational tasks.

As a Customer Success Representative, you'll handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, build relationships, resolve issues, and contribute to operational processes at Honeycomb.

Support underwriting team with administrative and operational tasks including processing endorsements, inspections, renewals, new business submissions, and broker communications. Monitor requests, coordinate third-party reports, ensure compliance with underwriting rules, and contribute to process improvements to maintain service standards and efficient workflows.
