Analyze driver optimization solutions and assign loads to assigned territory capacity to maximize driver utilization and minimize cost. Execute daily inbound/outbound market planning, re-plan loads for disruptions, coordinate with operations and account teams, implement routing and equipment utilization initiatives, meet metrics (loaded miles, utilization, service, safety, cost per load), and resolve outstanding planning issues including after-hours communication.

Manage consolidation and fulfillment operations including production, warehouse, transportation routing, inventory control, and customer service. Plan and organize staff, train and supervise team leads and frontline workers, set performance objectives, control costs and productivity, and ensure customer service and profitability. Lead enterprise industrial engineering strategy for consolidation and fulfillment. Design, optimize, and standardize end-to-end processes, capacity models, and automation initiatives. Drive cross-functional transformation, advanced modeling and simulation, capital investment cases, RFP support, and operating standards. Advise senior leadership, partner with Operations and Finance, and guide field teams on adoption and continuous improvement across multi-site networks.

Serve as primary day-to-day contact and liaison for assigned customer accounts, managing order creation, inventory reconciliation, carrier selection, retailer compliance, accessorial charges, and special projects. Provide high-level customer service, root-cause analysis, and process improvements while training and guiding team members.

Lead documentation, invoice processing, and financial operations for a business unit. Drive process governance, automation, and continuous improvement to optimize working capital, reduce revenue delays, and strengthen controls. Partner cross-functionally with Billing, Operations, Finance, Collections, Customer Service, and IT. Set performance standards, lead teams, manage escalations, and support implementations, acquisitions, and operational growth while developing talent and sustaining process improvements.

Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned customer accounts, managing orders, carrier selection, TMS workflows, inventory audits, accessorial charges, and exception resolution to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Lead solution-selling efforts for assigned customers by designing tailored offerings, preparing proposals and pricing, supporting RFPs, and collaborating cross-functionally to close complex, scalable supply‑chain and managed services deals. Engage customers, track opportunities, and expand volume and margin while staying current on industry trends.

Lead origination and close of large, complex supply‑chain solutions for enterprise customers. Shape solution strategy, pricing, and deal structure; manage cross‑functional stakeholders, maintain pipeline/CRM, develop executive relationships, and represent the company at industry events. Travel up to 50%.

Source, recruit, pre-screen, and onboard Independent Service Providers (ISPs) for final-mile home delivery. Conduct on-site recruiting, job fairs, and outreach; validate DOT/MC authority, insurance, and operational readiness; complete background checks and documentation; maintain records in Tenstreet; and travel to customer distribution centers (≈75% travel).
