Serve as the executive lead for Tier 1 clients, designing and delivering customized 3PL supply chain solutions, driving account strategy and growth, leading cross-functional execution, managing escalations, and conducting executive business reviews using advanced analytics to improve performance and commercial outcomes.

Oversee day-to-day operations for one or more locations, manage P&L and operating expenses, build client relationships, recruit and retain independent contractors, monitor routing and field performance, lead meetings and documentation, handle claims and warehouse oversight, and drive location margin and business growth.

Sell multimodal logistics solutions (Temperature Control, Intermodal, Truckload) by prospecting and closing new business, driving volume and margin growth, developing strategic customer relationships, preparing value proposals, leveraging CRM and internal teams, and meeting sales targets with ~80% customer-facing activity.

Plan and manage dedicated truck capacity and costs, assign and re-optimize loads within Hours of Service and DOT constraints, negotiate drayage rates, monitor performance versus metrics, collaborate with Account Management and Operations, and support off-hours operational needs and reporting.

Serve as primary customer liaison to resolve issues, manage orders and accessorials, recommend transportation solutions, monitor performance and costs, coordinate with operations and account managers, and maintain service quality.

Supervise warehouse and customer service operations: plan, train, and lead staff to meet productivity, safety, inventory accuracy, and customer service goals. Manage hiring, performance, equipment maintenance, compliance, and WMS-driven labor metrics.

Lead and grow an applications development team to design, build, and deliver cloud-native, microservices-based web and mobile applications. Drive Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, code quality, architecture reviews, stakeholder alignment, and talent development to ensure timely, stable, and secure product releases.

Manage pricing and contract renewals for existing business, perform analysis and modeling of operations and P&L, develop pricing proposals and new pricing initiatives, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and present findings to commercial leadership.

Lead and grow an engineering team to design, build and operate cloud-native, microservices-based applications. Drive agile practices, CI/CD/DevOps, quality, architecture reviews, delivery management, and collaboration with business and enterprise architecture to meet performance, stability, and security goals.

Manage carrier relationships, handle RFPs and bid packages, negotiate rates, resolve escalated service issues, communicate with carriers and customers via email/phone/EDI/web, support Account Management and cross-functional projects, and streamline procurement processes to meet KPIs and customer requirements.

Manage fulfillment and production operations including transportation routing, customer service, inventory control, staffing, training, and performance metrics. Oversee Team Leads and production/warehouse staff, drive cost/productivity/customer service objectives, and support manufacturing/3PL logistics operations.

Serve as front-desk receptionist and HR coordinator supporting onboarding/offboarding, benefits/HR inquiries, employee engagement events, and HR records. Maintain visitor procedures, manage HR inbox, enter new hire data into Oracle HCM, assist with I-9/E-Verify, FileNet document scanning, procurement tasks, and general administrative support for the HR team.

Design and implement scalable cloud data architectures, including operational data stores, data warehouses, and real-time pipelines. Define data modeling, integration, and governance standards. Partner with stakeholders and lead architecture reviews. Oversee implementation, optimize performance and cost, monitor data systems, and ensure data quality, security, and compliance to support analytics and AI initiatives.

Plan and execute industry and proprietary events, manage Hub Group's Cause Container charitable program and promotional store, handle promotional item orders, process marketing purchase orders/invoices, track event budgets, support cross-functional marketing needs, and manage ad hoc special projects.

Lead development and advancement of complex, customer-specific supply chain solutions. Engage customers to gather requirements, design tailored solutions, build pricing and proposals with Finance, support RFPs, coordinate cross-functionally for execution readiness, and pursue opportunity expansion and margin growth. Participate in customer meetings and site visits as needed.

Lead origination and closure of large, complex supply‑chain sales pursuits. Design and sell integrated, customized solutions, develop executive relationships, create pricing and commercial strategies, manage negotiations, forecast pipeline in CRM, and represent the company at industry events. Coordinate cross‑functional teams to execute profitable, multi‑site deals.
