Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts. Lead test strategy, planning, and execution across functional, load, integration, security, server-side, and ETL testing. Create test artifacts, run automated tests, analyze results, report defects, participate in CI/CD, code reviews, and agile ceremonies, and drive issue resolution.

Analyze complex data to inform business strategy; develop and automate Tableau reports, dashboards, and KPIs; deliver insights to senior leadership; collaborate cross-functionally to align on performance levers; escalate and resolve customer-impacting issues. Requires financial services experience, strong SQL and Snowflake proficiency, and excellent communication.

Customize and configure Windows OS for embedded wireless devices (cameras, USB) to support Teams video; work with OS internals, kernel/module development, image creation/deployment, C++ development, networking, build and debugging tools, and automation scripts; integrate technologies and apply OO/SOLID and secure coding principles.
