Designs, tests, and deploys data protection and security solutions (focus on Privacera) across Azure and GCP. Builds CI/CD pipelines, performs risk assessments and proofs-of-concept, supports incident response, and drives security R&D and integrations into cloud environments. Collaborates with stakeholders and influences security strategy.

Serve as the dedicated Regulatory Compliance Officer for Michigan Medicaid: interpret regulations, perform risk assessments, develop and execute auditing/monitoring and corrective action plans, coordinate external audits and regulator communications, oversee compliance data and reporting, chair the Michigan Compliance Committee, and coordinate with SIU to manage fraud, waste, and abuse program integrity. Maintain relationships with market leadership and regulators and report compliance issues to senior leadership.

Lead technical product vision and hands-on prototyping for enterprise AI solutions (LLMs, GenAI). Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business leaders to discover, validate, pilot, and scale governed AI products, author reusable frameworks, benchmark models, and guide solutions through enterprise AI governance.
