Analyze campaign data against KPIs, identify underperformance, and provide recommendations to improve metrics such as ROAS. Collaborate with partner management, product, sales, and operations teams to align account strategies, communicate advertiser feedback, and increase adoption of self-service advertising products.

Provide first-level onsite and remote IT support for employees: troubleshoot Windows desktops/laptops, printers, peripherals, and Microsoft Office; image and deploy devices; respond to tickets and chat; onboard new hires; perform maintenance and escalate complex issues while delivering strong customer service.

Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through onboarding. Source candidates via LinkedIn and Boolean search, build talent pipelines, screen and interview candidates, coordinate interviews, track metrics, negotiate offers, maintain ATS/HRIS, and improve recruiting processes and diversity hiring.
