Develops quantitative investment technology, including ETL pipelines, data warehouse integrations, GUI applications, cloud migration to Snowflake, portfolio optimization, and process automation in Python and R. Collaborates with portfolio management, analysts, operations, and technology teams to deliver investment research, analytics, reporting, and data solutions. Maintains large datasets and debugs legacy Excel VBA, Python, and R processes.

Develop and enhance portfolio management technology, quantitative models, analytics, monitoring frameworks, reporting tools, and workflow automation for equity ETFs and indexed strategies. Collaborate with portfolio managers, researchers, operations, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions, improve data architecture, and support high-volume index portfolio management. The role requires programming, data analysis, ETL orchestration, cloud, containerization, version control, and capital markets knowledge.

Performs strategic technical business analysis for investment technology projects supporting ETF and indexed strategies. Analyzes requirements, business processes, and data-platform enhancements; designs solution recommendations; coordinates user testing and business sign-off; supports critical production applications; and manages risks, issues, stakeholders, and project communications. Builds relationships with internal partners and identifies opportunities to improve productivity through technology.

Provide legal advice on investment products (REITs, ETFs, mutual funds, closed-end and pooled vehicles). Support product development, structuring, distribution, and regulatory compliance under the Investment Company Act, Securities Act, and Exchange Act. Advise on tokenization, stablecoins, and digital asset offerings. Draft and maintain offering documents, registration statements, and disclosures. Partner with Finance, Compliance, and stakeholders; engage governing bodies; and act as a trusted advisor to product and business leaders on strategic, commercial legal matters.

Lead passive investment stewardship activities, including proxy voting analysis, voting recommendations, governance research, stewardship strategy, pass-through voting, and stakeholder engagement. Advise senior ETF and index strategy leaders, deliver proxy voting insights, support client inquiries, engage investee companies, improve voting guidelines, and mentor junior team members.

Supports the Global Product organization through strategic initiative coordination, governance, project management, reporting, communications, technology enablement, and business operations. Maintains product pipelines, dashboards, KPIs, project plans, governance materials, budgets, and executive reporting. Coordinates leadership meetings, strategic planning, cross-functional projects, risk and audit tracking, technology and data initiatives, and organizational communications across Product, Investments, Distribution, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Operations.

Design, build, and maintain ETF platform services and data engineering workflows. Develop Python services, APIs, and SQL-based ETL; implement event-driven architectures (Kafka); build cloud-native AWS solutions; ensure data quality, observability, CI/CD, and automated testing. Partner with portfolio managers and researchers, institutionalize AI-assisted development, and participate in production support and on-call rotation.

Support ETF Specialists to grow distribution of Invesco ETFs across Broker-Dealers, RIAs and Private Client Groups. Provide territory management, client meeting prep, product and performance analysis, inbound sales desk support, presentations, and internal alignment with marketing and analytics. Serve as backup to specialists and educate partners on ETF strategy and portfolio implementation.

Client-facing ETF specialist partnering with consultants to drive market share and net sales across U.S.-listed ETFs. Deliver tailored education and presentations, support client inquiries, develop business plans, and conduct portfolio analytics and investment research. Frequent travel to support advisor relationships and territory management.

Lead growth and positioning of the equity ETF product line by providing macro and equity market insights, creating product content, supporting sales and distribution, presenting externally, conducting competitive and performance analysis, and identifying new product opportunities in partnership with cross-functional teams.

The Director of Strategy & Execution oversees the global ETF strategy implementation, ensuring operational readiness, governance, and alignment across investments and technology for growth and competitiveness.

Lead ETF product strategy and development for the Americas, partnering with investment, distribution, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, manage the ETF roadmap, drive launches through governance and regulatory approval, and maintain subject-matter expertise across ETFs, indexing, and related investment vehicles.
