  • Help manage the Americas ETF product roadmap and provide transparency on key initiatives to stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and product evaluations to identify growth opportunities.

  • Lead the prioritization and development of new ETF concepts through Invesco's product governance framework.

  • Drive ETF product launches and range management initiatives from concept through implementation and regulatory approval.

  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Platform Management, and Product Governance teams to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor product activity, regulatory developments, and market innovation across the ETF landscape.

  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in exchange-traded products, indexing, investment strategies, and market developments.

  • Represent ETF Product Development during client, consultant, and due diligence meetings.

  • Support adjacent product development initiatives across Private Markets and Digital Assets when appropriate.

Requirements of the Role:

  • 10+ years of investment industry experience in product development, product management, portfolio management, or a related investment-focused role.

  • Extensive ETF and index strategy product experience required.

  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, exchange-traded products, indexing methodologies, and investment concepts across asset classes.

  • Experience leading product development and range management initiatives within complex regulatory environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate market opportunities and make data-driven product recommendations.

  • Strong understanding of investment vehicles, fund structures, and client distribution channels.

  • Experience partnering with investment teams and distribution organizations to develop innovative, commercially viable investment solutions.

  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to executive, client, and industry audiences.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities.

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, or a related field required.

  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
