Own end-to-end financial data analysis, including SQL and dbt data modeling, Looker dashboard development, data quality validation, reconciliation, and stakeholder-facing insights. Partner with Finance and Payments to support reporting, planning, revenue analysis, cost insights, and transaction-level analytics. Translate ambiguous business needs into reliable technical solutions while improving documentation, QA, modeling, and data architecture practices.

Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for Jane's AI-powered platform products, drive pricing and packaging, develop positioning and messaging, run cross-functional launches, translate customer insights into product direction, and represent the company at industry events to drive adoption and revenue.

Own the payments risk function for Jane's embedded payments platform. Responsibilities include merchant risk policy, underwriting, transaction monitoring, loss and risk reporting, dispute strategy, escalation and offboarding decisions, card network and Stripe compliance, and systems/tooling strategy. The role requires building scalable, AI-forward risk operations while balancing fraud prevention, compliance, financial losses, and customer experience.
