SnagPad™ is a job placement system that provides a job search process for job seekers and tracking visibility to the stakeholders who support them.  The value to job seekers is that: they follow a research proven process, gain CRM functionality to stay organized, efficiently integrate their social network, while the system itself serves as a virtual job coach that leads to employment.  The value to stakeholders, our customers, is that they gain a tool to effectively manage the job search process by gaining visibility to their client’s 'Pad' to provide support that hastens and improves placement results.

Purpose / Why we exist:   To improve client placement results for our stakeholders (customers).

SnagPad helps organizations who serve the unemployed/underemployed reach their placement and engagement goals through a web based system that organizes and manages the job search process for job seekers and provides scalable client tracking for job coaches.

Twitter: SnagPad is the first to gamify job placement/search and to create a social employment network with the goal of getting users hired.
