Serve as the primary Epic subject matter expert to evaluate workflows, design/configure Epic solutions, support implementations and upgrades, troubleshoot issues, train users, and drive adoption and continuous process improvements across clinical, operational, and technical teams.

Lead enterprise AI adoption by assessing processes, identifying AI use cases, developing implementation playbooks, and running workshops. Partner with IT, Security, Compliance, HR, and business units to design AI-enabled workflows, ensure governance and regulatory alignment, deliver role-based AI education, and measure adoption and productivity gains while preserving human oversight and organizational knowledge.

Manages client relationships and service delivery for healthcare revenue cycle accounts. Oversees contracts, invoices, KPIs, SLAs, operational performance, issue resolution, business reviews, and process improvements. Partners with technology teams to implement automation that improves revenue cycle efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and client outcomes.
