Keeper Security, Inc. Benefits Overview

Manages a portfolio of SLED customers, driving adoption, retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Builds senior-level relationships, conducts business and technical reviews, advises customers on cybersecurity and password management, resolves technical issues, and negotiates licensing contracts. Analyzes account data to identify risks and expansion opportunities, supports customer advocacy, and contributes to account management programs. Requires SaaS sales or customer success experience, SLED technology sales experience, technical integration knowledge, Salesforce proficiency, and U.S. person status.

Support pre-sales and post-sales technical processes: qualify technical requirements, deliver demos and trials, assist implementations and integrations, provide L2 support, collaborate with sales and engineering, update Salesforce, and travel up to 10% for customer meetings.

Provide hands-on technical leadership for Keeper’s cross-platform browser extension architecture. Design secure, scalable solutions using JavaScript and TypeScript; guide extension components, messaging, storage, APIs, native integrations, performance, and reliability. Lead architecture and design reviews, security collaboration, modernization efforts, and cross-functional technical decisions while mentoring senior engineers. The role requires broad full-stack expertise across cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, databases, application security, CI/CD, and modern web technologies.
