Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services and APIs for KeeperApp. Own backend components, optimize MySQL schemas/queries, ensure performance and reliability, apply secure coding practices, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver features iteratively.

Design, develop, and maintain Windows-focused PAM components including services, agents, and RDP handlers. Integrate with Windows APIs, authentication and privilege models, implement secure credential handling and policy enforcement, collaborate with backend teams, perform code reviews, and troubleshoot complex Windows OS and enterprise configurations.

Provide front-line Tier 1 IT support for El Dorado Hills office and remote employees: troubleshoot hardware/software/access issues, provision and deploy devices, manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain IT asset records, assist with endpoint projects, partner with vendors, and support physical security systems. Requires occasional after-hours support.

Design and execute integration and security-focused test plans for PAM and Keeper Secrets Manager. Lead and scale enterprise account management to drive retention, renewals, expansion, upsell and net revenue retention. Lead Datadog-first security observability and detection engineering: design, scale and tune Datadog Cloud SIEM, log pipelines, detection rules and telemetry. Correlate signals across EDR, cloud and identity, automate detection-as-code, reduce false positives, and build dashboards, monitors and workflows in partnership with Security Ops, SRE and Engineering.

Operate and improve security operations and enterprise controls: incident response, playbooks, endpoint/SaaS/cloud tooling, remediation coordination, access governance, compliance evidence, and automation to reduce risk.

Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise identity and privileged access management opportunities. Build reference architectures, guide PoC/PoV engagements, present to executive and technical stakeholders, collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product and Sales leadership, and represent Keeper at customer and market events while staying current on identity security landscape.

Serve as the ISSO for assigned systems, maintain system security documentation (SSPs, control narratives, POA&Ms), support FedRAMP/GovRAMP/DoD authorization and continuous monitoring, coordinate remediation and assessments with engineering and auditors, support incident response and audit readiness, and track security metrics and evidence.

The Senior Federal Sales Executive will manage federal accounts, drive sales growth, develop strategies, build relationships, and oversee the sales cycle.

Drive growth through strategic MSP, MSSP, and Telco partner relationships. Validate secure remote access workflows for Keeper Connection Manager through functional, integration, regression, system and exploratory testing. Test SSH/RDP/VNC and related auth, session management, connectivity and encrypted communication across OSes, cloud and on-prem deployments. Reproduce and document defects, collaborate with Engineering/DevOps/Product, maintain test suites and use AI-assisted tools to improve test development, troubleshooting and release confidence.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise B2B customers to drive adoption, retention, renewals, upsells and expansion. Serve as a technical and cybersecurity advisor, conduct QBRs, troubleshoot integrations (SSO/Directory), negotiate contracts, meet revenue quotas, and build strong C-level relationships to ensure customer success.
