Lead North American private-sector enterprise sales by developing new-logo strategy, exceeding revenue targets, building and managing high-performing sales teams, and establishing scalable sales processes. Drive complex enterprise sales cycles, partner with channel teams, maintain pipeline coverage, represent the company at industry events, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with marketing, product, customer success, and leadership on go-to-market strategy.

Designs and executes backend, API, database, integration, regression, performance, and security tests for Keeper’s enterprise applications. Validates MySQL queries, schemas, data integrity, distributed cloud services, and REST API behavior. Collaborates with engineering and product teams to resolve defects, manages QA documentation and test reporting, and contributes automated testing to CI/CD workflows. The role also supports testing of security-sensitive functionality and uses AI-assisted tools for test design, troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation.

Tests Keeper’s web-based Admin Console and backend APIs for functionality, usability, reliability, security, and regression issues. Creates and maintains test cases, validates authentication and role-based access controls, performs cross-browser and API testing, documents defects, tracks coverage, and collaborates with Engineering and Product teams on releases and fixes. Uses AI-assisted tools to support test design, troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation.

Test and validate Keeper’s native iOS applications across iPhone and iPad devices, iOS versions, network conditions, and user configurations. Responsibilities include functional, regression, integration, exploratory, usability, API workflow, and release testing; documenting and troubleshooting defects; maintaining test plans and regression suites; collaborating with Engineering and Product; supporting App Store releases; and identifying automation opportunities using mobile QA tools and AI-assisted platforms.

Provide hands-on technical leadership for Keeper’s cross-platform browser extension architecture. Design secure, scalable solutions using JavaScript and TypeScript; guide extension components, messaging, storage, APIs, native integrations, performance, and reliability. Lead architecture and design reviews, security collaboration, modernization efforts, and cross-functional technical decisions while mentoring senior engineers. The role requires broad full-stack expertise across cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, databases, application security, CI/CD, and modern web technologies.

Designs, develops, and maintains automated test frameworks and suites for native Android applications. Integrates mobile testing into CI/CD pipelines, executes tests across emulators and physical devices, investigates failures, improves application testability, and validates behavior across Android versions and device configurations. Collaborates with Android Engineering, QA, and Product teams while contributing to automation architecture, tooling standards, and testing best practices.

Build and maintain automated test frameworks and suites for native iOS and Android applications. Integrate mobile automation into CI/CD pipelines, execute tests across simulators, emulators, and physical devices, investigate failures, improve testability and coverage, and contribute to automation architecture and testing standards. Collaborate with Mobile Engineering, QA, and Product teams while using AI-assisted tools to improve development, debugging, analysis, documentation, and workflow efficiency.

Lead the architecture, development, and evolution of Keeper Commander, including Python and .NET SDKs, CLI tooling, APIs, and developer automation. Remain hands-on with coding, debugging, architecture, integrations, security, testing, and release engineering while mentoring a small team. Partner with Product, QA, and Security teams, support the open-source ecosystem, improve developer experience, and guide technical strategy for enterprise and DevOps integrations.

Supports full-cycle recruiting by reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting screening interviews, managing assessments, and communicating with candidates and hiring managers. Coordinates pre-employment screening and onboarding, maintains ATS records, creates recruitment documentation and reporting, and supports Talent Acquisition and HR projects. Independently manages junior and support-level searches in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Supports the Product department by translating and localizing technical, UI, documentation, help, and marketing content from English into Brazilian Portuguese. Performs translation quality assurance, maintains glossaries and style guides, collaborates with product and engineering teams, assists with Portuguese training materials, and provides feedback to improve source content localizability.

Leads operational improvement initiatives for the Implementation organization by analyzing and validating data, identifying process gaps, managing projects, gathering requirements, and coordinating cross-functional solutions. Develops reports, documentation, training materials, and scalable processes; tracks risks, dependencies, blockers, and outcomes. Partners with leadership and stakeholders to improve implementation efficiency, adoption, and operational maturity using tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Jira.

Drives new SMB business through cold outreach, lead generation, full-cycle sales, product demonstrations, pipeline development, proposal reviews, and contract management. Builds prospect relationships, schedules meetings, exceeds sales quotas, maintains accurate Salesforce activity, and stays current on Keeper cybersecurity products.

Supports the full employee lifecycle across onboarding, performance management, HRIS and ADP updates, payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, international EOR coordination, and offboarding. Maintains accurate employee records, assists with audits and reporting, supports managers and employees, coordinates training and engagement initiatives, and improves HR processes using technology and AI tools.

Own and optimize the global talent acquisition technology stack, including Greenhouse, integrations, reporting, workflows, and automation. Build recruiting dashboards, KPIs, and leadership reports; analyze funnel performance, capacity, headcount, and hiring trends; maintain data integrity; support ATS and HRIS integrations; improve recruiting processes and candidate experience; document workflows and provide system support. Lead cross-functional technology and process initiatives while assisting with recruiting activities as needed.

Own and execute Keeper Security’s analyst relations program, managing evaluation cycles, questionnaires, timelines, calendars, briefings, documentation, and internal workflows. Coordinate product, engineering, marketing, PR, and leadership stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely submissions. Prepare briefing materials, synthesize analyst feedback and competitive insights, manage AR tools and libraries, track program metrics, and support promotion of analyst coverage across marketing and communications channels.

Leads and coaches a North America mid-market sales team, develops strategies to exceed revenue targets, manages pipeline and forecasting, supports customer calls, and expands VAR, distributor, and reseller partnerships. The role oversees performance, improves sales processes, collaborates with marketing and channel teams, and drives a high-performance sales culture. Travel up to 20% is required.

Manage and expand an established portfolio of enterprise cybersecurity customers. Responsibilities include meeting revenue quotas, negotiating renewals, driving cross-sells and upsells, conducting technical discussions and Quarterly Business Reviews, advising executive stakeholders, improving adoption, managing escalations, and securing customer advocacy. The role requires enterprise SaaS sales experience, cybersecurity or IAM expertise, Salesforce and Salesloft proficiency, and travel to customer meetings.

Advises HR and cross-functional teams, manages outside counsel and litigation strategy, mitigates legal risks, supports negotiations, and improves legal processes, policies, and templates. Requires strong legal judgment, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
