Own end-to-end recruitment for North America Growth teams, partnering with senior leaders to define roles, build pipelines, run structured data-informed processes, and deliver high-quality hires while shaping TA processes, tooling, and candidate experience.

Supports post-sale onboarding, adoption, change management, training, stakeholder engagement, account health tracking, and value realization for strategic enterprise clients. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, tracks usage and ROI, surfaces risks and expansion opportunities, channels customer feedback, and manages discrete workstreams while developing toward independent account ownership.

Serve as a client-facing legal operations/product specialist who partners with in-house legal teams to drive adoption of Legora’s AI-native platform, run pilots, deliver demos and training, capture user insights to inform product, and build scalable playbooks to improve contract, matter, and compliance workflows.
