Leads the architecture, administration, integration, and optimization of B2B marketing systems and web operations. Owns Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce infrastructure, data synchronization, lead routing, account enrichment, web governance, tracking, forms, attribution, and technical documentation. Oversees contractors, builds resilient data pipelines, improves campaign deployment, and prototypes web components using AI-assisted development tools such as Lovable. Requires advanced MarTech administration, RevOps expertise, B2B commercial knowledge, and strong systems documentation skills.

Serve as LG’s onsite technical representative for DirectView LED installations. Coordinate with project managers and integration partners, train installation teams, assess site readiness, verify materials, troubleshoot system and configuration issues, document project progress, support events and demonstrations, and provide remote technical assistance. The role requires extensive travel, safe equipment handling, technical drawing interpretation, and collaboration with customers, vendors, sales, and engineering teams.

Drive KPI strategy, governance, and performance optimization for sales. Audit MBO scorecards and pipeline quality, consolidate datasets, standardize and automate reporting, deliver revenue insights, and partner with sales leadership to identify risks, gaps, and scalable best practices.
