Leads lateral non-partner attorney recruiting searches from approval through onboarding. Responsibilities include direct sourcing, candidate screening, pipeline management, interview coordination, search-firm relationship management, offer administration, onboarding support, and collaboration with recruiting managers and attorneys. The role also supports recruiting strategy, uses sourcing and recruiting technologies, manages multiple priorities, and maintains candidate confidentiality and an exceptional recruiting experience.

Designs and maintains the firm’s Azure and Databricks Data Lakehouse architecture. Translates business, reporting, analytics, and AI requirements into scalable data structures, integrations, pipelines, and secure data solutions. Evaluates data sources, develops mappings and connectors, applies modeling and data quality practices, documents architecture, resolves integration issues, and guides downstream developers. Collaborates with stakeholders, application owners, database teams, and technology resources while evaluating emerging cloud, analytics, automation, and AI technologies.

Leads the firm’s brand strategy, positioning, reputation, storytelling, and integrated internal and external communications. Advises leadership, drives organization-wide brand adoption, oversees digital and executive communications, guides thought leadership, and modernizes communications through automation and AI. The role also leads a communications team, manages agencies and budgets, establishes governance and performance measures, and ensures consistent brand experiences across audiences and channels.

Manages legal billing from bill preparation through electronic and conventional submission. Coordinates with attorneys, clients, staff, and accounting to resolve billing issues, finalize invoices, and prepare billing reports. Requires prior law firm billing experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Legal secretarial, electronic billing, and Elite 3E experience are preferred.

Manages the full lifecycle of lateral partner recruiting across multiple offices and practices. Responsibilities include sourcing and market mapping, candidate interviews, due diligence coordination, pipeline reporting, leadership presentations, partner onboarding, search-firm relationships, and process improvement using technology, analytics, and AI tools.

Leads firmwide legal AI initiatives by identifying use cases, designing and building AI agents, evaluating emerging solutions, and implementing pilots. Partners with attorneys, IT, vendors, and leadership to address technical challenges, drive adoption, provide training, document limitations, and recommend improvements. The role also manages testing milestones, researches AI products, supports client inquiries, and prepares qualitative and quantitative reports.
