The Relationship Manager I supports service excellence in wealth management, ensuring client commitments are met and enhancing client experiences, while collaborating with advisors and internal teams.

Lead product strategy and execution for Mercers Investment Platform across Trading, Billing, Cash Management, Client Reporting, and Investment Proposal. Drive cross-functional initiatives, prioritize enhancements, manage integrations, support escalations, and ensure adoption and operational scale through stakeholder collaboration and process documentation.

Lead development and execution of enterprise privacy strategy, policies, and governance. Ensure compliance with global privacy laws, manage privacy risk assessments, DPIAs, vendor reviews, incident response, and data subject rights. Implement AI-specific data controls and partner cross-functionally to embed privacy-by-design across technology, people, and marketing. Serve as strategic advisor to executive leadership and General Counsel.
