Provide high-level executive support to a C-suite leader and board member, managing complex calendars, travel, correspondence, presentations, events, meetings, expense reporting, and confidential stakeholder communications while supporting firmwide projects and policy implementation.

Oversee institutional fixed income trading desk operations and supervision, monitor real-time and end-of-day trading for risks and policy breaches, approve high-risk orders, process and reconcile trades and fund movements, maintain written supervisory procedures, support regulatory inquiries and internal audits, and provide compliance guidance to traders, sales, accounting, and legal teams.

Sell municipal fixed-income products to institutional clients by building long-term relationships, marketing new-issue and inventory securities, coordinating with traders and underwriters, generating revenue, sourcing bond-sale opportunities, providing market intelligence, and participating in business development and client meetings.

Support execution of firmwide social and digital marketing across LinkedIn and Instagram: create, schedule, and publish content; manage Hearsay workflows and compliance approvals; maintain editorial calendars; repurpose content with Creative Services; track and report social/digital metrics; assist paid social, email, and lead-generation campaigns; coordinate projects across marketing teams and support employee advocacy programs.

Lead institutional sales for CMO mortgage products, drive business development, cultivate client relationships, present to institutional investors, exceed revenue targets, represent the firm at client and industry events, and travel as needed to support sales initiatives.
