Supervise CMM programmers and inspectors while personally programming and performing inspections for complex aerospace components. Develop inspection plans using GD&T, AS9102, and engineering drawings; troubleshoot measurement issues; conduct Gauge R&R and MSA studies; maintain and calibrate metrology equipment; train staff; manage workflow; support NPI and first-article inspections; and ensure AS9100 and customer-specific quality compliance.

Design, test, and review mechanical products using CAD/CAE tools; support product development, prototyping, fabrication, and drawing releases. Work with cross-functional teams, interact with sales, and travel to customers/vendors as needed.

Lead agile delivery for IT projects—primarily BI development and Salesforce deployments—by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, coaching teams, aligning cross-functional dependencies (infrastructure, ERP, BI), and maintaining reporting and governance (dashboards, metrics, documentation) to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
