Develop and scale strategic relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs). Drive partner recruitment, enablement, joint GTM, pipeline generation, and multivendor solution architecture. Collaborate cross-functionally, engage clients onsite to define use cases and quantify value, and lead partner training and enablement to accelerate profitable revenue growth.

Design and deploy outbound contact center solutions, translate customer requirements into AI and CCaaS architectures, design dialing strategies and AI flows, lead PoV/pilot implementations, integrate CCaaS with CRM/telephony, and present solutions to stakeholders while ensuring regulatory compliance.
