Coordinate FCL and LCL ocean export shipments from booking through delivery. Prepare and review bills of lading, shipping instructions, customs and export documentation; monitor schedules and milestones; coordinate carriers, truckers, warehouses, customers, and overseas agents; ensure export compliance; resolve delays and discrepancies; maintain shipment records; reconcile invoices and support billing, quotations, cross-trade shipments, and customer service.

Lead new business development for air and ocean freight by building multi-level customer relationships, maintaining a sales pipeline, identifying profitable accounts, recommending logistics solutions, collaborating with internal teams to retain customers, and meeting revenue and gross profit targets using CRM tools.

Serve as the interface between customers, logistics teams, and IT for Blue Yonder WMS projects. Analyze and optimize warehouse processes, translate business requirements into solution concepts and specifications, and support implementation throughout the project lifecycle. Create user stories, test plans, acceptance criteria, and documentation. Coordinate stakeholders, perform testing and quality assurance, and support go-live, hypercare, and continuous solution enhancements.
