Lead new business development for air and ocean freight by building multi-level customer relationships, maintaining a sales pipeline, identifying profitable accounts, recommending logistics solutions, collaborating with internal teams to retain customers, and meeting revenue and gross profit targets using CRM tools.

Manage daily air freight gateway operations, lead and develop the gateway team, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize KPIs and costs, resolve service disruptions, and collaborate with cross-functional and regional partners to support network growth and service improvements.
