Lead a multidisciplinary hardware engineering organization (~80 staff) supporting Targeting Systems and EO-IR products. Responsibilities include people management, program technical performance, budgeting, process enforcement, cross-functional coordination, strategic planning, capture support, project bids, and technology roadmaps. Ensure quality deliverables, staffing projections, and career development while maintaining compliance with industry standards and security requirements.

Develop and direct system-level test plans, procedures, and schedules for space hardware; coordinate integrated testing and calibration activities; manage calibrated equipment records and shipping; support sanitization and security/transportation plans; travel up to 25%.

Lead and execute capture efforts for the Survivability Development Programs operating unit, prioritizing the HVAA-P campaign. Develop capture strategy, win themes, competitive assessments, teaming and pricing strategies; lead cross-functional capture teams; engage customers and partners; maintain CRM (Salesforce) and BAP process compliance; prepare executive briefings and support sector reviews. Work in classified and unclassified environments and travel ~25%.
