Lead and motivate territory sales representatives to meet sales KPIs across assigned geography. Build retailer and independent operator relationships, execute promotional/marketing programs, implement planograms, design displays, secure new business, and coordinate with regional leadership to budget and plan key customer activities.

Drive sales growth across an assigned territory by building relationships with store managers, district managers, and company drivers; prospect and secure new business; execute merchandising, promotions, and store visits; manage route and truck inventory, safety, and paperwork; communicate regularly with management and support operational goals.

Own and optimize data infrastructure and ETL/ELT pipelines using SSIS and Microsoft Fabric. Build and maintain SQL Server data warehouse staging, transformations, and lakehouse ingestion. Implement CI/CD, version control with GitHub, monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot data issues, document data flows, and translate stakeholder requirements into data engineering solutions that support BI reporting.
