Leads OmniCable’s National Accounts organization and drives profitable growth across strategic markets, including Communications, Enterprise, and Industrial Automation. Responsibilities include developing national account strategies, managing executive customer relationships, commercializing new products and suppliers, expanding distribution channels, overseeing cross-functional initiatives, monitoring KPIs, managing budgets, and recruiting and developing sales talent. The role is remote within the United States with frequent travel to branches, customers, events, and vendor partners.

Implements corporate EHS policies across regional distribution centers, coaches leaders and frontline teams, conducts site visits and audit support, monitors safety behaviors and risks, coordinates training schedules and records, and promotes behavior-based safety. The role requires frequent regional travel and hands-on work in warehouse environments with industrial machinery.

Leads OmniCable’s National Accounts organization and national sales strategy, driving revenue, profitability, customer adoption, strategic account growth, commercialization, and expansion into communications, enterprise, industrial automation, MRO, and other emerging markets. Builds executive customer relationships, develops sales teams, manages budgets, establishes performance metrics, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and oversees frequent customer, branch, vendor, and industry-event engagement.

Receive, inspect, count, and enter inbound inventory; prepare shipments for LTL and parcel delivery; load and unload trailers; maintain equipment checklists; and keep the distribution center clean, organized, and compliant with safety and 5S standards.

Implements corporate EHS policies across regional distribution centers; coaches site leaders, supervisors, and trainers; supports audits, training, standardization, and safety improvement initiatives. Monitors behaviors, trends, and gaps, conducts site visits, shares best practices, develops training plans, coordinates regional training schedules, and maintains attendance and training records.
