Requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Leads OmniCable’s National Accounts organization and independent representative agency network, driving profitable growth through strategic account development, executive customer engagement, channel expansion, and national sales execution. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing teams, managing strategic customer relationships, overseeing agency performance, expanding into industrial and MRO channels, monitoring KPIs, managing budgets, and commercializing new suppliers and products. The role requires frequent travel and cross-functional collaboration with regional sales, suppliers, marketing, operations, finance, and product development.

Implements corporate EHS policies across regional distribution centers, coaches leaders and frontline teams, conducts site visits and audit support, monitors safety behaviors and risks, coordinates training schedules and records, and promotes behavior-based safety. The role requires frequent regional travel and hands-on work in warehouse environments with industrial machinery.
