Support People Ops programs by coordinating employee events, internal communications, recognition, and benefits administration. Manage vendor processes, analyze engagement feedback, support open enrollment and benefits operations, and provide logistical support for in-person and virtual company initiatives.

Perform daily reconciliations, prepare and enter journal entries, support month/quarter/year-end close, assist with audits, maintain ledger accounts, improve reporting processes, and collaborate cross-functionally on ad-hoc financial analysis and projects.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, develop strategic roadmaps for application architecture, manage SaaS ecosystems, and build secure integrations and automations.

Administer and optimize the HRMS as a Super Admin, configuring modules (payroll, time, benefits, comp), managing integrations, reporting, audits (SOX/ITGC), testing, troubleshooting, automations, and special projects to ensure data security and system performance.

Lead the Customer & Application team, manage engineers, coordinate development efforts, drive Agile processes, and mentor team members for continuous improvement.
