Second, it is directly tied to lifetime value. In digital remittances, long-term value comes from repeat usage, trust and share of wallet, not just one-time transactions. Third, it reflects how well we understand and serve customer needs across the full experience, from pricing and speed to reliability and support.

 

Where are you strongest competitively — and what proof backs that?

We are strongest competitively in building exactly what our customers want. That strength is backed by the discipline we bring to understanding the market and the customer before we build — through in-depth market research, direct customer interviews and close attention to evolving needs.

The proof is in the outcome: this approach helps drive the revenue retention we highlighted above. When customers continue to stay and grow with us over time, it is strong evidence that we are delivering solutions that fit their needs and create lasting value.

 

What expansion bet excites you — and which leading indicator will you watch?

The expansion bet that excites us most is our new customer insights dashboard. Our customers send roughly 30 percent of their income back home, often to multiple receivers, so this feature gives them a clear view of all of their transfers in one place and helps them better manage their finances.

The leading indicator we will watch first is feature adoption — how many customers are interacting with the dashboard. From there, the most important proof point will be whether users of the dashboard show stronger retention over time, since that will indicate the feature is delivering meaningful value.
