Identify and qualify corporate prospects, negotiate agreements, create client strategic plans, coordinate internal resources, drive client engagement and retention, and maintain CRM records. Requires relationship development with large enterprise clients and support for employee education programs.

Coordinate and oversee clinical and preceptorship experiences for online graduate and doctoral nursing programs. Manage clinical site approvals, preceptor agreements, student competency assessments, accreditation reporting, and electronic student documentation. Conduct site evaluations, support faculty/preceptor training, analyze practicum data for program improvement, and collaborate with leadership on clinical curriculum and student retention. Remote role with occasional travel for skills lab and immersion weekends.

Handle inbound or outbound calls with prospective students, screen inquiries using interactive scripts, warm-transfer qualified leads to admissions advisors, disposition calls accurately, meet quality and performance metrics, log into multiple contact systems, and work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
