Leads brand marketing strategy across Perdoceo institutions, including integrated campaigns, brand guidelines, events, social media, communications, agency partnerships, budgets, team supervision, compliance coordination, and campaign reporting. The role develops messaging, oversees creative execution, manages institution events, strengthens cross-functional relationships, and uses analytics to improve performance and support enrollment goals.

Supports high-volume accounts payable and accounts receivable disbursement operations, including invoice and payment processing, reconciliations, exception resolution, billing, payment application, vendor inquiries, compliance reviews, and month-end activities. Analyzes large datasets in Excel, resolves discrepancies, supports ERP uploads, monitors controls, and recommends process improvements while meeting service-level deadlines.

Handles inbound and outbound calls with prospective students, uses scripts and multiple contact systems, screens inquiries, qualifies prospects, and warm-transfers them to admissions advisors. Maintains accurate records, meets call-quality and conversion metrics, follows schedules, supports marketing call tracking, and adapts to new scripts and processes. Evening and weekend flexibility may be required.

Advise students on financial aid options and Title IV eligibility via phone, email, and messaging. Evaluate documentation, calculate tuition and awards, ensure compliance with federal, state, military/VA and institutional rules, and maintain service metrics while reviewing ongoing eligibility.

Write original online and hybrid course content and assessments for undergraduate psychology courses (Creativity, Applied, I/O). Collaborate with Academic Leadership, Instructional Designers, and Project Managers to align content with course objectives, meet timelines, and finalize materials.
