Leads end-to-end UX research for healthcare products, including discovery planning, participant recruitment, interviews, surveys, usability testing, analysis, and synthesis. Translates qualitative and quantitative findings into product and design recommendations, partners with Product, UX Design, Engineering, and customer teams, communicates insights to leadership, and provides research project leadership.

Manages scheduling, capacity planning, delivery governance, portfolio risks, and go-live readiness for data migration projects. Supports AI-powered automation, reporting, forecasting, and responsible AI governance while ensuring security, compliance, and data privacy.

Executive leader responsible for defining and scaling PointClickCare’s enterprise data products strategy. Owns customer-facing data products, APIs, interoperability, marketplace capabilities, data monetization, and AI-enabled solutions. Leads portfolio strategy, investment priorities, commercial growth, partnerships, and ecosystem expansion while balancing privacy, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property protection. Builds and develops a senior product leadership organization and influences corporate strategy, customers, partners, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders.
