Build and deploy applied-AI products across multiple vertical SaaS companies, from executive discovery and product specification through production adoption. Develop AI workflows, shared data models, ontologies, and reusable workflow infrastructure. Partner with founders, AI leadership, CTOs, and customer teams while helping establish the forward-deployed engineering function, operating model, and technical standards. Frequent customer-site travel and direct engagement with C-level stakeholders are required.

Own strategic OEM relationships through complex hardware product-development cycles from technical qualification to production. Coordinate engineering, product, operations, manufacturing, and supply-chain teams; lead design reviews, milestones, manufacturing readiness, and risk management. Translate partner priorities into internal actions, communicate technical tradeoffs, advocate for customer needs, and help establish processes for a new account-management function.

Own customer-facing computer vision deployments from proof of concept through production adoption and maintenance. Build data pipelines, edge-device systems, models, and infrastructure using Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, NVIDIA Jetson, and MLOps. Troubleshoot physical-environment challenges such as lighting, calibration, model drift, networking, and hardware constraints. Work onsite with customers, communicate with technical and executive stakeholders, document architectures, and relay field insights to Product and Engineering. The role requires 40%–50% travel.
