Lead third-party payment integrations, define APIs with engineering, monitor KPIs, prioritize roadmaps and backlogs, conduct user research, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, customer-focused product improvements that meet business objectives.

Lead execution of sales rollouts by tracking adoption, engagement, and outcomes; build executive-ready scorecards and dashboards; collect and synthesize feedback; manage communications and cross-functional coordination to ensure aligned, measurable adoption and impact.
