So we decided to change that.&nbsp;<br><br>The app walks users through the property and asks a series of questions about different aspects of the unit. Each answer is scored and used to determine the properties grade.&nbsp;<br><br>Renters can also take photos to accompany each question and save that information to look at later when assessing their apartment choices.
