Owns derivative accounting and hedge accounting for multiple client portfolios under ASC 815 and IFRS 9. Responsibilities include hedge documentation, effectiveness testing, journal entries, disclosures, valuation methodologies, audit support, client communication, and translating new FASB and IASB guidance. The role also strengthens internal accounting methodologies and technical guidance.

Support Ripple Treasury’s customer security assurance program by completing security questionnaires, meeting with customers, maintaining security sales documentation, coordinating DORA audits, gathering evidence, and partnering with security, engineering, IT, legal, sales, and customer success teams. The role translates technical controls into clear business language, manages concurrent customer engagements, improves reusable responses and enablement materials, and escalates security, compliance, or contractual risks.

Manage global treasury operations, including cash flow transactions, entity funding, reconciliations, liquidity, digital asset payments, stablecoin operations, bank and exchange accounts, audit support, compliance, bank fees, user access, and treasury management systems. Support GTreasury implementation and automation initiatives while collaborating with Tax, Legal, Accounting, Trading, Markets, financial institutions, and other cross-functional partners.
