The Associate Foreclosure Attorney will represent clients in foreclosure proceedings, conduct legal research, draft documents, and ensure compliance with legal standards. The role requires organizational skills and the ability to handle a high volume of work.

Manage and resolve title claims for New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Review issues, notify clients via client systems, file or monitor claims, and coordinate with underwriters and title counsel until resolution. Maintain FW and client systems with current status updates.

The FHA Transfer Processor manages the transfer of foreclosed properties to HUD, ensuring accurate documentation and title insurance while coordinating with clients and vendors throughout the process.
