Provides federal and state income tax compliance services for corporate and partnership clients. Prepares original and amended tax returns, workpapers, estimated payments, and tax analyses; researches tax issues, analyzes financial data, responds to clients and tax agencies, and supports project planning. Requires strong knowledge of multistate taxation, consolidated returns, pass-through entities, unitary reporting, and tax filing methodologies.

Manages financial forecasting, annual budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, reporting governance, and strategic financial analyses. Supports senior management with performance insights, financial recommendations, board presentations, and analyses of revenue, expenses, capital expenditures, acquisitions, and expansion initiatives. Oversees FP&A reporting tools and processes, may supervise analysts, and drives process improvements and ad hoc reporting.

Perform federal tax accounting engagements and own workstreams: conduct detailed tax research, draft technical memoranda and client deliverables, review consultant work, mentor junior staff, and manage assigned tasks within project timelines.
