Own the vision, roadmap, backlog, and full development lifecycle for Scion Intelligence, a proprietary decision science platform. The role is based at the Chicago headquarters and requires up to 10% annual travel.

Investment Associate responsible for financial modeling, transaction analysis, market and portfolio research, due diligence, presentations, and recurring asset management reporting. The role supports investment and asset management teams, coordinates with external consultants and capital partners, facilitates asset transitions, and mentors junior analysts. Candidates need commercial real estate investment knowledge, advanced financial modeling skills, strong Microsoft Office proficiency, and 2–5 years of experience. Occasional travel of 10–15% may be required.

Staff Attorney supporting corporate legal and property management operations. Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts, housing agreements, leases, and real estate documents; advising paralegals; handling Fair Housing matters, resident and vendor disputes; coordinating litigation and acquisition activities with counsel; and performing legal due diligence. The role requires a U.S. law degree, admission to at least one state bar, and 2–5 years of legal experience.

Provides corporate legal support for commercial contracts, housing agreements, leases, fair housing matters, vendor and resident disputes, litigation coordination, and acquisitions. Advises paralegals and property management staff, conducts legal due diligence, and coordinates with internal and external counsel. Requires a U.S. law degree, admission to at least one state bar, and 2–5 years of legal experience, preferably in multifamily housing.

Builds and manages CRO programs (A/B and multivariate testing), analyzes user behavior and funnels, implements tests with developers, monitors KPIs, and reports findings. Uses analytics and session tools to identify conversion barriers, collaborates with marketing/SEO/sales, and maintains testing documentation and roadmaps.

Support fund and joint venture accounting for REITs and holding companies by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements; assist month/quarter close, audit requests, intercompany reconciliations, and process improvements while working with property accountants and internal teams.
