Manage daily revenue operations for assigned student housing properties: set pricing and yield strategies, analyze market data, forecast and report performance, lead annual revenue planning, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to optimize asset yield.

The Investment Senior Analyst will prepare financial models, conduct analyses on investment opportunities, support portfolio management, and generate reports while collaborating with the Investments team.

Support fund and joint venture accounting for REITs and holding companies by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements; assist month/quarter close, audit requests, intercompany reconciliations, and process improvements while working with property accountants and internal teams.

The Investment Associate will handle financial modeling, research, and communications within the investments team, supporting portfolio management and contributing to investment verticals.

The HRIS Analyst administers the UKG platform, ensuring data integrity, managing system configurations, and supporting HR and Payroll in optimizing processes.

Provide frontline HR support for assigned portfolios, coach managers on employee relations and performance, conduct impartial investigations, mediate conflicts, maintain confidential records, represent company in legal matters, and analyze ER trends to recommend improvements.
