Configures ServiceNow risk modules, integrates external data using APIs and IntegrationHub, implements retrieval pipelines, and embeds security and responsible AI safeguards. Documents prompts, evaluation criteria, and agent decisions while supporting AI governance alignment with NIST, ISO, and emerging regulations.
