Grow sales across Wisconsin and parts of Minnesota by managing existing customer relationships, prospecting for new business, generating referrals, responding to inbound leads, and selling packaging, container, and filtration products. Responsibilities include customer meetings, quoting, problem-solving, negotiating, closing opportunities, account growth, retention, and independent territory management while collaborating with internal sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams.

Provide exceptional customer service and support account management tasks including quoting, order management, CRM upkeep, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Build customer relationships, collaborate with internal teams (logistics, purchasing, accounting, warehouse), meet sales and responsiveness goals, and stay informed on products and market trends to improve customer satisfaction and drive account growth.

Rotational leadership development program exposing trainees to customer relations, inside sales, quality assurance, logistics, purchasing, and warehouse administration. Participants build management skills, cross-functional business knowledge, and prepare for supervisory roles through mentorship, hands-on assignments, and optional accounting, finance, or marketing rotations.
