Manage quotation lifecycle from inquiry through proposal submission: review plans and specs, coordinate pricing and lead times with manufacturers, prepare accurate quote packages, track schedules and milestones, support Sales and customers, maintain project documentation, and escalate issues as needed.

Lead and develop a team of project managers while owning project lifecycle, quotation strategy, and operational improvements for complex infrastructure projects. Partner with sales, finance, manufacturers, and contractors to improve quoting accuracy, execution, and customer experience.
