Lead global HR technology strategy and governance for Workday and related HR systems, manage vendors and roadmap, drive compliance, security, automation, integrations, analytics, and enterprise HR transformation projects.

Lead design and execution of global compensation, benefits, and leave programs. Manage vendor relationships, run RFPs and negotiations, ensure compliance, support Workday configuration, develop Total Rewards analytics, and coach a team of specialists across multiple countries.

Support global Learning & Organizational Development programs by administering webinars, mentor matching, AIA accreditation, and Workday LMS content. Provide logistical coordination, data management and analysis, program communications, vendor coordination, and participant support for coaching and onboarding initiatives.

Support Midwest offices by preparing RFQ/RFP responses, proposals, and marketing collateral. Organize and format resumes, project sheets, and presentations, maintain branding consistency, and collaborate with technical staff to present firm capabilities. Some travel required.

Administer and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Project Operations for project accounting, billing, and sales processes. Provide end-user support, configure security/workflows, lead UAT, manage upgrades, document configurations, train users, and partner with finance, IT, and business teams to optimize processes and reporting.

Support computational design and VDC workflows for structural engineering projects by developing parametric Rhino/Grasshopper models, creating diagrams, animations, and 4D construction visualizations, building interoperable BIM/analysis models, scripting automation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve digital delivery and client communication.
