Responsibilities include managing Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, Azure resources, VDI, backups, identity, security, automation, and high availability. The role also supports modernization, troubleshooting, compliance evidence, documentation, and third-level support. PowerShell, Bicep, Azure Automation, Citrix NetScaler, and StoreFront are used to improve reliability, security, and operational efficiency.

Support Midwest offices by preparing RFQ/RFP responses, proposals, and marketing collateral. Organize and format resumes, project sheets, and presentations, maintain branding consistency, and collaborate with technical staff to present firm capabilities. Some travel required.

Leads forensic structural engineering evaluations and end-to-end project delivery. Provides expert guidance on complex structural challenges, manages multidisciplinary teams, mentors engineers, strengthens client relationships, supports business development, and contributes to firm strategy. The role requires advanced technical judgment, project leadership, client management, and professional engineering licensure.

Manages project billing operations, including project setup, invoice preparation, timesheet review, billing documentation, discrepancy resolution, account reconciliation, collections support, and financial reporting. Collaborates with project managers and clients to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely invoicing. Supports accounting projects and maintains project records in accounting systems.

Manage Thornton Tomasetti’s firmwide Communities of Practice program across technical and business topics. Responsibilities include developing governance, supporting community leaders, increasing participation, coordinating communications, curating knowledge, administering budgets, managing collaboration platforms, tracking program health, and reporting impact. The role requires facilitating cross-functional communities, translating expert knowledge into reusable content, coordinating events and initiatives, and improving the operating model through data and feedback.

Lead design and execution of global compensation, benefits, and leave programs. Manage vendor relationships, run RFPs and negotiations, ensure compliance, support Workday configuration, develop Total Rewards analytics, and coach a team of specialists across multiple countries.
