The Billing Coordinator manages project billing activities, including project setup, invoice preparation, timesheet review, billing documentation, account reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution. The role collaborates with project managers and clients to ensure accurate, compliant invoices, supports collections, prepares financial reports, and assists with accounting projects. Candidates should have billing experience, accounting or finance education, strong Excel skills, and excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Creates accurate 2D CAD drawings and 3D BIM models for structural building projects. Develops plans, sections, elevations, details, and construction documents; converts sketches into CAD representations; manages sheet sets, revisions, markups, model coordination, geo-location, and data exchanges. Collaborates with engineers, clients, and consultants on BIM content, quality control, delivery, and workflow improvements.

Administer and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Project Operations for project accounting, billing, and sales processes. Provide end-user support, configure security/workflows, lead UAT, manage upgrades, document configurations, train users, and partner with finance, IT, and business teams to optimize processes and reporting.

Support Midwest offices by preparing RFQ/RFP responses, proposals, and marketing collateral. Organize and format resumes, project sheets, and presentations, maintain branding consistency, and collaborate with technical staff to present firm capabilities. Some travel required.

Lead design and execution of global compensation, benefits, and leave programs. Manage vendor relationships, run RFPs and negotiations, ensure compliance, support Workday configuration, develop Total Rewards analytics, and coach a team of specialists across multiple countries.
