We provide support and opportunities to our employees to achieve their full potential and cultivate a rewarding career.

Your Role

As part of our ongoing transformation of financial systems and reporting, we are seeking a Finance BI Product Manager to own the Finance Power BI reporting product on behalf of the business. This role is essential to ensuring that Finance reporting is consistent, well governed, and aligned with business priorities, with clear metric definitions, a managed intake and prioritization process, and controlled releases.

You will serve as the main point of contact for report consumers across Finance, operations, and project leadership, setting definitions and priorities for the reporting backlog, holding release acceptance authority, and supervising the BI Reporting Analyst. Working closely with IT and the CORE Studio team, this role will coordinate the transition of Finance BI ownership, maintain the reporting catalogue and nomenclature standards, and drive adoption of Finance reporting with PMs, BEs, and PICs.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the liaison between Finance, the wider business, and IT for all Financial reporting requests, running the intake process: assessing who else is affected, classifying net new versus enhancement, and assigning ownership.
  • Set Finance definitions and priorities for the reporting backlog and hold release acceptance authority.
  • Coordinate with IT and the CORE Studio team on hand off of non-Finance BI work, and any Workspace organization updates for existing non-Finance BI models and reports
  • Manage the metadata layer: nomenclature alignment, currency and fiscal-calendar decisions, and the reporting catalogue and knowledge documentation.
  • Supervise the BI Reporting Analyst, including delegation, day-to-day direction, and quality review.
  • Partner with IT on platform efficiency, workflow and dependency planning, and technical escalation within the agreed support boundary.
  • Drive adoption with PMs, BEs, and PICs, and represent Finance in the Finance and IT governance path for cross-domain changes.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong financial and accounting domain knowledge, with the ability to define and defend metric and measure definitions.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into reporting specifications and to say no to unprioritized work.
  • Working Microsoft Fabric and Power BI literacy sufficient to assess feasibility, review the analyst's work, and hold technical conversations with technical colleagues. Development capability is useful but is not the primary requirement.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance data structures
  • Experience managing a backlog and an intake or request process with competing stakeholders.
  • Supervisory or team-lead experience.
  • Stakeholder communication and facilitation skills across finance, operations, and IT audiences.
  • Experience owning a reporting or analytics product, familiarity with both Dynamics 365 Finance and Customer Experience data structures, and experience establishing data governance or nomenclature standards is preferred.
