Performs structural analysis, design, and detailing for diverse building projects; prepares construction documents using engineering and drafting software; collaborates with clients, internal teams, and external partners; participates in site visits and project meetings; and supports construction engineering projects from concept through completion.

Own the Finance Power BI reporting product, including metric definitions, backlog prioritization, intake, release acceptance, metadata governance, reporting documentation, and stakeholder adoption. Coordinate with Finance, IT, and CORE Studio on BI ownership and platform changes. Supervise the BI Reporting Analyst, review quality, facilitate cross-functional requirements, and support technical escalation. The role requires strong financial and accounting knowledge, Power BI and Fabric literacy, Dynamics 365 familiarity, governance experience, and stakeholder management skills.

Administer Windows infrastructure in Azure and Citrix DaaS environments across commercial and U.S. Government systems. Responsibilities include managing Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, Azure resources, VDI, backups, identity, security, automation, and high availability. The role also supports modernization, troubleshooting, compliance evidence, documentation, and third-level support. PowerShell, Bicep, Azure Automation, Citrix NetScaler, and StoreFront are used to improve reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
