Lead design and execution of global compensation, benefits, and leave programs. Manage vendor relationships, run RFPs and negotiations, ensure compliance, support Workday configuration, develop Total Rewards analytics, and coach a team of specialists across multiple countries.

Support global Learning & Organizational Development programs by administering webinars, mentor matching, AIA accreditation, and Workday LMS content. Provide logistical coordination, data management and analysis, program communications, vendor coordination, and participant support for coaching and onboarding initiatives.
