During a study abroad trip to Prague, we were introduced to the exotic flavors of loose-leaf tea that the city had to offer. When we returned back to Chicago, our disappointment at not being able to find teas like those in Europe turned into an opportunity. With the help of the University of Illinois, we established Tiesta Tea. A combination of hard work and great products has taken us from door-to-door pitching to exponentially increasing our sales each year. We take pride in every singly one of our products, even down to the award winning tins they are packaged in!

We manufacture high quality functional loose-leaf teas that change people's perception of tea. We do this by developing exotic flavor profiles with only all-natural full tea leaves and chunks of fruits and herbs. Tiesta Tea can be found in over 1,000 specialty, natural and conventional grocery stores worldwide, including Hannaford, Sweetbay, Roundy's, Le Gourmet Chef, Bed Bath & Beyond and Whole Foods.
