It removes all of the guesswork and uncertainty and tells you what to do, how to do it, and why, all based on your specific challenges and habits. It acts like an automated coach, finding the biggest challenges holding you back (whether they be in your diet, mindset, or exercise routine), and teaching you the skills that you need in order to overcome those challenges.

Current weight loss services are prohibitively expensive while current weight loss apps fail to give personalized guidance and analysis or to cause lasting behavioral changes. TrackFaster succeeds where other apps fail because it combines evidence-based fitness and nutrition education with personalized, data-driven guidance.

Our first cohort averaged 7 lbs of weight loss in just 2 months, and we are launching a paid version of our product (at $20/month) by the end of February.
