Support patients and psychiatric providers by handling patient logistics, prescription prior authorizations, clinician administrative tasks, and HIPAA-compliant data. Improve and implement scalable operational workflows, collaborate cross-functionally, and optimize processes to free clinicians to focus on clinical care.

The Supervising Psychiatrist provides direct clinical care, supervises and mentors advanced practice providers, and collaborates on process development, enhancing psychiatric care quality and patient outcomes.

Lead end-to-end payroll and benefits operations, ensuring accurate multi-state payroll execution, compliance with ERISA/COBRA/ACA/FMLA, HRIS data integrity (Rippling), vendor management, year-end filings, benefits billing reconciliation, open enrollment execution, and cross-functional process improvements to scale operations and reporting.

Process bi-monthly payroll and reconcile timecards; manage multi-state payroll taxes and compliance; support benefits administration and enrollments; respond to employee payroll/benefits inquiries; maintain HRIS and payroll records; assist with audits (401(k), ACA) and reporting; partner with Finance, brokers, and vendors to resolve discrepancies and improve payroll/benefits operations.
