Leads a team of senior product managers, sets multi-year product strategy, owns planning and prioritization, and partners with Engineering, Design, Data, clinical, operations, commercial, and executive leaders. The role develops PM talent, communicates roadmap direction, builds cross-functional trust, connects product investments to business value, and drives software outcomes for therapists, clients, and the company.

Leads corporate FP&A, including headcount planning, budgeting, expense and cash forecasting, variance reporting, financial modeling, and ROI analysis. Builds scalable finance processes and implements planning software while partnering with leadership, Accounting, People, Operations, Product, Engineering, and other teams. Manages vendor budgeting, supports profitability initiatives, and develops a Senior Financial Analyst.

Owns full-cycle recruiting for independently licensed mental health therapists, including sourcing, candidate engagement, interviewing coordination, closing, and delivering a strong candidate experience. The role requires meeting recruiting KPIs, communicating the company’s mission and employee value proposition, creatively sourcing and re-engaging candidates, improving hiring processes, and using recruiting data to inform decisions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
