Conducts applicant follow-up, tracks recruiting data, completes reports, verifies federal and local eligibility requirements, and represents the company at job fairs and trade shows. Works Monday through Friday on a day shift in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Manage terminal operations including staff supervision, driver recruiting, dispatch and moves, enforcing policies, customer relations, monthly P&L accountability, and production/quality/billing reporting.

Owner-operator intermodal driving role handling local, regional, overnight and dayshift freight. Requires CDL-A drivers supplying a 2005-or-newer truck, obtaining Hazmat endorsement within 60 days. Routes include regional lanes to IA, WI, IN, MI, MN; percentage pay up to 70% with lease/purchase options and national accounts.
