Supports the Faculty Director and manages daily operations for an accounting research center. Responsibilities include budget administration, financial reporting, vendor and contract coordination, faculty recruitment logistics, research support, databases, communications, workshops, conferences, and special projects. The role also supports hiring and payroll processes, maintains the center website and digital content, and develops initiatives that expand the center’s visibility and impact.

Manages cardiac electrophysiology and large-animal cardiovascular research projects in an academic cardiology laboratory. Organizes experiments, schedules, collaborations, protocols, compliance, animal health monitoring, surgeries, laboratory procedures, data collection, literature reviews, and research documentation. Develops project plans, charters, and statements of work; supports analyses, manuscripts, and reports while maintaining animal, veterinary, experimental, and regulatory records.

Coordinates ECHO-Chicago telementoring programs, including session scheduling, facilitator and provider support, technical assistance, data collection and management, evaluations, reporting, curriculum development, social media, and research proposal support. Maintains program documentation, calendars, communications, and logistical operations while collaborating with faculty, researchers, community partners, and healthcare providers. The role also troubleshoots Zoom and connectivity issues and supports domestic travel in a hybrid work environment.
